Вот такое отношение менеджеров к клиентам. Хочется сказать отдельное спасибо водителю - он попытался хоть как-то украсить машину - натянул ленты на капот (хотя при заключении договора нам сказали, что ленты на капоте категорически запрещены!!!) Когда на следующий день мы позвонили в офис с вопросом компенсации - нам ответили - стоимость аренды украшений может быть вернут, но ни о какой другой компенсации речи быть не может. Уважаемые невесты - если не хотите лишних переживаний - заказывайте автомобили без украшений - надежнее иметь свои. Претензий к машинам и водителям нет, а вот работа менеджеров оставляет желать лучшего.
